It’s okay to not have an Instagram-perfect life (because no one else has that either).

It’s okay to cry, rage, scream, and otherwise express your emotions.

It’s okay to throw your mindfulness book out of the window and order pizza.

It’s okay to feel like nothing ever goes your way (even if it’s just today).

It’s okay to be unhappy.
